To lower your gas fee, please take the following steps:

Click on the gear shift button located next to the gas fee listed on the price confirmation screen of your crypto wallet. By default, you will be presented options for fast, medium, and slow with relatively similar pricing. We recommended selecting only these default options

Only if you are a cryptocurrency wallet expert, should you attempt the below stpes to further customize gas pricing.

Select advanced options (or the option to set gas fee manually) to customize your gas fee, max priority, and gas limit. For gas fee, we recommend checking the current gas usage metrics on Etherscan. Select a gwei amount at least 10% above the highest “Average Gas Price” minimum for the past 7 days (Average Gas Price is indicated by the blue line on the “7 Day Historical Oracle Gas Prices” chart). For example, if the highest average gas price minimum for the past week is 15 gwei, select a price of 17-18 gwei. Depending on the time of day, your transaction should safely execute in up to 24 hours, if not much quicker, when the gas price reaches your requested level at a lower peak time. For the max priority setting, we recommend a setting of 2. For the gas limit setting, we recommend leaving your crypto wallet recommended limit unchanged. Typically, the gas limit on NFTs will execute at approximately 75% of the wallet recommended limit, however, any unused gas is refunded.

DO NOT attempt to select a gas fee or gas limit below the average for the past week. Doing so may cause your transaction to become stuck and all future transactions will remain pending until the stuck transaction is resolved. If your transaction becomes stuck (pending for at least 24-48 hours), first try to use the speed up or cancel options within the crypto wallet.
