Points are accumulated as real-world property values increase. Players receive 1 point per NFT for every .01% monthly increase of the mean property value in the entire Neighborhood postal code (for example, a 3% increase = 300 points).

* Only United States-based addresses are eligible for point accumulation in Address Quest™.
